DUCHESSE “METHODE TRADITIONNELLE” BRUT ROSE’
Duchesse “Methode Traditionnelle” is made with 100% Cabernet Franc. The colour is soft rose’ with an intense nose of red flowers and red fruits accompanied by mineral notes and fine and persistent bubbles. On the palate it is dry, fresh and mineral. Perfectly served at 5°- 7°C as an aperitif or paired with brie, Parma ham, smoked salmon, chocolate-covered berries.
