Notes:    On the nose is complex, with notes of white flowers, apricot, rose, brioche and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate is dry, warm and smooth with a welcome hint of acidity and notes of fruit with yellow flesh and spices.

Alcohol:   13% vol.

Evolution: Ready to drink now. It will keep to 2022. Recommended temperature 10°- 12°C.  

Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or paired with a variety of seafood and shellfish, roasted or grilled chicken, veal, pork, spicy flavours and Asian cuisine. Also young sheep’s milk cheeses, Comté and Gruyere.

Domaine Moulinier – Viognier  IGP Pays D’OC

Pays D’OC IGP (Indication Géographique Protégée) covers a very large geographical area spanning from Nîmes to Perpignan and Carcassonne in Languedoc. It provides about 20% of total French wine exports, representing 65% of French IGP production. The area has a mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild winters, and most rainfall in spring and autumn.

Domaine Moulinier Viognier is a full bodied wine, made by 100% Viognier grape. On the nose it is complex with notes of white flowers, apricot, rose, brioche and roasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is dry, warm and smooth with a welcome hint of acidity and notes of fruit with yellow flesh and spices

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with a variety of seafoods and shellfish, roasted or grilled chicken, veal, pork, spicy flavours and Asian cuisine. Also young sheep’s milk cheeses, Comté and Gruyere
